Innerviewing for Leaders: Career & Life Questions You Must Ask Yourself & Those You Lead
For leaders who want to motivate, inspire, and engage their teams, but know they don't know it all

Jullien Gordon (www.julliengordon.com), also known as "The Innerviewer," will teach you proven success strategies that he only shares with his corporate consulting and coaching clients that he discovered and developed through his years being a high performer, "innerviewing" high performers, studying at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and working in the talent development and recruitment industry. This will be Jullien's 4th year as an LSP faculty member.

During this leadership development experience you’ll personally work with Jullien through parts of The Innerview workbook, so you’ll always have a point of reference to manage your career and the careers of those you lead.

By the end of the day, you will improve your ability to:

  • Motivate: ask the right questions to uncover the deepest desires of those you lead, tap into their intrinsic motivations, and make their day-to-day work more meaningful for them
  • Empower: clearly define success and create dashboards for each member of your team to help them manage themselves
  • Listen: create a safe space for your team members to discover, share, and be who they truly are, thus brining their full selves and presence to work
  • Strengthen: identify, maximize, and affirm the strengths of those you lead and manage weaknesses
  • Coach: craft career intentions for yourself and others that foster personal and professional growth and personal responsibility for career satisfaction
  • Plan: set profit, product, project, and personal goals in a way that distinguishes between effort and outcome and increases collective accountability
  • Unite: articulate the team's business model in simple terms and clarify each individual's unique role in making it succeed

And you will leave this experience with:

  • questions that will help you and your team generate authentic answers based on who is in the room
  • a unique definition of success and a clear career plan that explains how you’re going to bring all of who you are to what you do
  • dozens of practical leadership tools, techniques, and teachings that you can apply immediately in business school or at work
  • the confidence to lead your future team no matter the economy, the industry, or the company
