Professional success is often linked to your ability to influence others. Especially when you do not have formal status to draw upon, your influence comes down to behavioral choices in the moment and your ability to navigate situations where the outcome is unknown. In this fun, fast-paced workshop you will learn key principles from improvisational theater that provide clarity, skills, and strategies to increase your influence.

Erica Marx, M.S., is an Executive and Team Coach who works with teams and leaders to create positive, creative, and collaborative organizations. Erica has over 15 years experience as a mediator, workshop leader and instructor with businesses, organizations, and university students. She completed her B.S. at Cornell University and has a Master's in Interdisciplinary Ecology from the University of Florida.
