Passing the Baton: Managing Effective Leadership Transitions
Save time, avoid headaches, and set your club up for long-term success
How do you transition to a new executive board? How do you avoid making your successors feel like they have to reinvent the wheel and preserve your legacy? What can you do to facilitate knowledge transfer even beyond next year's board to ensure critical elements of the organizational culture are maintained? How will you show up as a supportive club member after you hand off leadership?
Although this workshop is tailored to the club leadership experience, these skills will also be useful in the workplace as you take on new roles, handoff projects, onboard new teammates, and manage others through the same. Facing an ever-increasing pace of change in the business world, transitions are more important than ever, don't miss the chance to grow your capability while also leaving your Johnson club stronger.
