In this highly interactive workshop, learn the single key factor that predicts team performance in fast-changing environments and how to create it on your teams. You will leave with key personal insights and practical tools to build positive, productive, and resilient teams with the capacity to innovate and thrive in the face of ongoing challenges.

Erica Marx (M.S.) is an Executive and Leadership Coach in private practice in Ithaca, NY (www.ericamarx.com). She is a certified professional coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a NYS certified conflict mediator, and serves on the Board of the International Applied Improvisation Network. She designs custom trainings for teams and has over 15 years experience as a coach, mediator, and instructor with businesses, non-profit organizations, and universities.

Fred Brown (MFA) is a theater artist, improviser, performer, and teacher. In his creative work, he has focused on creative collaboration and improvisation. As a facilitator, he has led workshops in team-building and leadership presence for organizations including Comcast and the Wharton School of Business, in addition to teaching improvisation and physical theater. Prior to earning his MFA, Fred was a Latin and Greek teacher with an undergraduate degree in Classical Philology from Harvard University.
