SUNDAY, AUGUST 8 - DAY ONE SCHEDULE:

• 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Student Check-in & Professional Photo Appointments, Sage Hall – you’ll select a timeslot that works for you (business formal dress)
• 5:00 p.m. – Welcome, Johnson MBA Class of 2023!, Statler Auditorium (business casual dress)
• 6:00 p.m. – Outdoor Reception for Students, Partners, and Families, Wee Stinky Glen, just north of Sage Hall(business casual dress)

CHECK-IN & GET YOUR HEADSHOT

Business-ready, professional portraits will be provided for all members of the Johnson Two-Year MBA Class of 2023, upon check-in on Sunday, August 8. Please register and select a timeslot that works for you.

You will receive a digital file for your LinkedIn profile and other online media accounts. This photo will also be used for the school directory and additional media assets. All costs, including standard retouching, will be covered by the school.

Dress Code
Attire for these photos is business formal. For professional dress tips, we suggest reviewing these resources:

Important Calendar Note
You will receive a confirmation email after registering for your appointment. Please be sure to click on the "Download to Outlook" link within the email under "Slot(s) Reserved," instead of saving the calendar invite that is attached to the email. You can then save that event so your calendar. You will need to take this step in order for your specific time slot to display on your calendar. Otherwise, it will only display the entire 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. event. Thank you for your attention to this important detail.
