History
In 1999, Johnson initiated a program to assist MBA students develop managerial skills outside of the traditional business school curriculum. We call this initiative the Managerial Skills Program. MSP seminars complement and enhance Johnson's established courses but more importantly help refine the skills required to succeed in the business world.

We have scheduled a series of informative and challenging workshops designed to enhance your skills and managerial toolkit. These workshops are led by outstanding business leaders, professional trainers, faculty and staff from Johnson, and faculty and staff from other units at Cornell.

Earning Credit for Attending Workshops
All MBA Johnson School students are eligible to use up to 1.5 credit hours from Leadership Skills Program (LSP) or Managerial Skills Program (MSP) workshops toward the MBA degree credit hour requirements.

Registration for MSP workshops is simple; just go to the calendar entry for the session you wish to attend, and complete the registration process. Please email Jolly Shi at js3253@cornell.edu or call 607-255-0266 if you have any questions or want to discuss MSPs. We look forward to your participation in these workshops and welcome suggestions for improving the program.
