PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED All attendees must be pre-registered in Johnson CampusGroups, with full names provided, even young children/infants.
QR CODE All registrants must check-in with their Johnson CampusGroups ticket QR CODE and get a wristband upon arrival. QR CODES can be found in confirmation and reminder emails from mailer@campusgroups.com; or when using the CampusGroups Johnson at Cornell University App for IOS or ANDROID; or printed when logged into Johnson CampusGroups and going to Home/My Events.
VACCINATION PROOF Attendees age 12 and over who are not in the Cornell Daily Check must show proof of full vaccination* with the final dose received no later than October 23, 2021. Guests 11 and younger do not require documentation, but must remain masked at all times, indoors and out. All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST WEAR A MASK INDOORS unless actively eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. There will be ample seating on the first floor of Sage Hall and in the tents so that everyone can be seated while eating dinner.
* New York State and Cornell both accept COVID-19 vaccines authorized or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Currently, this includes the following COVID-19 vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech, AstraZeneca-Oxford, Johnson & Johnson (Janssen), Moderna, Sinopharm, and Sinovac.
