We are excited to share with you a short course on Renewable Energy Finance that will be great preparation for those students pursuing investment banking or renewable energy internships or full-time positions. This 4-hour class is offered by alumna, Britta von Oesen (MBA '09), Managing Director at CohnReznick Capital, who has been recognized numerous times as a leader in renewable energy. I hope you will consider joining us for this session.

The objective of this course is to outline the various components of the partnership capital stack in renewable energy project financing using real world examples while students create a renewable energy project financial model. Topics will include cash flow analysis from an equity investor's perspective, capital sources such as tax equity and debt, and high level overview of tax equity partnerships.
