A panel led by Maha Shah and Stephen Jin, where they’ll share their experiences in the sustainability sector, discuss recruiting, internships, and more!

Maha Shah: As an MBA Summer Intern with the Distribution Vegetation and Asset Strategy team, I partnered with cross-functional leaders to support strategy, governance, and investment planning for multimillion-dollar transmission infrastructure programs. I assessed a transformer project for potential inclusion in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) portfolio, developing business cases and executive-ready recommendations that were presented to senior leadership. I also led the consolidation, cleansing, and analysis of project data for covered conductor initiatives, enabling stakeholders to answer critical business questions, identify portfolio trends, and support data-driven decision-making. By translating complex technical, operational, and financial information into clear strategic insights, I helped inform long-term planning efforts focused on grid reliability, resilience, and infrastructure modernization.

Stephen Jin: I previously worked in the wine industry, focusing on sustainability and working with winemakers. Now, my work is with Lactiq Intel, a dairy cow biometric sensor company that offers hardware and software solutions. I am the angel investor and strategic partner at the startup and the aim is to make the whole product biodegradable over time.
