The mission of the Student Allies for Gender Equity (SAGE) is to leverage male privilege to create a more equitable and supportive Johnson community, as well as educate male-identifying students about how to be better allies. The organization fulfills this mission by being a dedicated force responsible to and partnering with the Women's Management Council (WMC).
Supporting Gender Equity at Johnson

Enhanced access to educational programming and resources relating to allyship and gender equity
Developing a toolkit to become a better gender ally
Helping Johnson meet a goal of 100% allyship
