CAMPUS IS BACK TO COVID ALERT LEVEL GREEN
On Wednesday, Provost Michael Kotlikoff and Vice President for Student & Campus Life Ryan Lombardi announced that the University moved back to COVID-19 alert level green ("New Normal"). The collective efforts of students, faculty and staff have made a crucial difference in our ability to limit the spread of COVID, but it's important we don't let our guards down and continue to take precautions such as wearing face coverings, maintaining physical distance and limiting the size of student gatherings to 10.

Don't forget to register for one of the flu vaccine clinics, which will be taking place at various campus locations until Saturday, October 24. This is required by the Behavioral Compact - all Ithaca-area students must get a shot this year. Click here for more information.

TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
Zoom fatigue is real. Pause for a quick workout with Cornell's virtual group fitness classes, including free pre-recorded workouts you can access any time. Or take a break to drop in to "Let's Meditate," a free online guided meditation led by a trained facilitator each week Monday to Thursday. Click here for the schedule or try one of Cornell Health's guided meditation recordings. Don't forget you can also stop by for a virtual one-on-one confidential talk with a counselor from Cornell Health any weekday. No appointment necessary, no topic off-limits. Click here for the schedule.
