Details

barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. The 45-minute class is created to leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. To support a female-owned business and the health and wellness of students, the WMC will be hosting a series of virtual classes.

Handheld weights (2-8 lbs.) and a yoga mat are encouraged, but not required for a great workout!

MUST REGISTER UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLASS TIME
