David Capaldi, MBA '95 is the Director of the CMC, with the principle advising area of investment banking. David has 20 years of investment banking and capital markets expertise. He joined RBC Capital Markets in 2003 where he was a Managing Director in the High Yield Capital Markets group. David led high yield bond origination, structuring, and deal execution for clients spanning consumer/retail, diversified industrials, real estate, and aircraft leasing sectors. Prior to RBC, David was at JP Morgan Securities where he joined as an Associate in 1995 before being promoted to Vice President for Leveraged Finance. He began his career as a Financial Analyst in US Refining & Marketing with Mobil Oil Corporation. David is a 1995 graduate of Johnson and has a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.

Debbie Luk Graves

Debbie is a Senior Associate Director with Johnson's MBA Career Management Center and has been a career advisor with the CMC for over 6 years. Before Johnson, Debbie had 15 years of industry experience – most recently within market research consulting, as well as in client-side marketing and strategy roles across a number of industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services, and technology/e-commerce. She has worked for a diverse range of brands and companies including Playtex, Castrol, HSBC, Weightwatchers.com, and FreshDirect, among others. Debbie holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Monica Touesnard
Associate Director, Sustainable Global Enterprise

With more than fifteen years' experience working with companies and organizations at the intersection of business and sustainability, Monica has a breadth and depth of knowledge of careers impacting environmental and social issues – from renewable energy to international development to B-corps and more. Over the years she has fostered an extensive network of alumni and experts in the field. Monica enjoys interacting and working with students to help them develop their full leadership potential and ultimately realize their career goals. Their success is her success. You can also find Monica at the Center for Sustainable Global Enterprise where she is the Associate Director. Monica has taught classes on microfinance and design thinking for social impact. She earned her MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School and her BA in East Asian Studies from McGill University in Canada. In her spare time Monica enjoys working in her garden, biking, skiing and spending time with family.

Michael Maher
Associate Director, Tech

Michael has 20+ years' experience in senior advertising, media, and digital marketing leadership roles, such as President of IPG media agency ID Health and Senior Vice President at Digitas, where he led award-winning marketing efforts for brands like Bank of America, HBO, Genentech, and Verizon. He previously managed advising and recruitment for Yale MBAs pursuing careers in Tech and Entrepreneurship, led the Career Advising team for 2,000 Colby College undergraduates, and taught Digital Branding & Strategy as Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University. Michael was also a judge for ad industry creative contests, authored articles on social media strategy and marketing analytics, was an award-winning photojournalist, authored a photography instruction book, and completed five New York Marathons. Michael earned his MBA from Columbia Business School, and BS in Journalism from Boston University.

Amanda Moser
Associate Director, International Advisor

Amanda Moser has more than ten years of experience in both higher education and technical recruiting. Most recently, Amanda was the Assistant Director of Admissions at Cornell Law School where she was responsible for student recruitment and advising, application review, organizing and hosting events, global presentations, alumni outreach, and was the liaison for various student affinity groups. Amanda was also responsible for counseling and advising JD/MBA dual-degree students, in collaboration with the Johnson MBA Admissions Office. She is from Rochester, NY, where she worked at Rochester Institute of Technology in Admissions, and before that, at TEKsystems as a Healthcare Technical Recruiter. Amanda earned her M.S. in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and her B.S. in Business Management & Marketing from St. John Fisher College. She loves reading and traveling.

Megan Cates
Associate Director, General Management, Marketing, & Corporate Finance

Megan has extensive experience in business management, communications, marketing, sales, training/development, and human resources. She graduated with her Masters in Corporate & Community Education in 2016 from Elmira College and has worked in various industries, including digital media, non-profits, logistics, education, banking, architecture, and engineering. In each industry she has worked in, she has led efforts in recruitment, change management, and leadership development. Megan is passionate about helping individuals find their next step forward and has experience mentoring and coaching at all education levels (middle school through recent retirees) and career transition points. In her free time, she loves creative writing, singing, food, and hanging out with her dog.

Kerstin Ramstrom
Contract Advisor, Asset Management

Kerstin Ramstrom worked in the asset management industry for 24 years. She was a buy-side equity research analyst covering primarily financial services stocks at State Street Global Advisors, Northern Trust, Mutual of America, and Fidelity Investments. She also spent five years as a sell-side analyst at Bear Stearns covering both large and small-cap banks. She earned her MBA from the SC Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University in 2001. She enjoys scuba diving and traveling.
