Big Red Tech Strategy enables the commercialization of cutting-edge research at Cornell University. Our Commercialization Fellows Program consists of working together first-year Johnson MBA students with Cornell University graduate students focused on entrepreneurship within the hard sciences to conceptualize the early-stage business strategy for novel technologies and products.
By joining BRTS, students develop critical skills and knowledge in customer segmentation, market research and sizing, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling. Students build deep connections to founders, investors, and faculty active in the local entrepreneurial community.
In BRTS you will work with different stakeholders including the E-Lab at Cornell, the department of engineering, professors experts in the technology, founders, entrepreneurs, clients, external partners, ventures, investors, internal and external advisors, etc. You will have the opportunity to connect and join a networking of successful MBAs around the world with +200 people.
