Forté x WMC

Forté Fellows

Johnson’s Women’s Management Club (WMC) welcomes all women and female identifying members. All WMC women are granted Forté membership since Cornell University is a Forté partner school.

Forté Fellows are chosen by admissions, offered scholarship (amount determined by admissions), and access to the Forte Fellows resume book which is shared with companies.

Forté at Johnson

At Johnson, Forté is completely ingrained with WMC and with the support of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) we offer multiple events throughout the year that helps build community. Forté has 2 vice president roles that serve on the WMC leadership board, VP of Admissions and VP of Career Management.

In partnership with one another and the greater WMC leadership board we aim to offer events and programming that support all women and female identifying members adjust to becoming students again and explore new career opportunities and paths.

As a Johnson MBA Forté Fellow at Johnson we ask that all Fellows sign the Forté Agreement. Terms of the agreement include -

• Be a Forté Buddy for incoming first years
• Attend all Forté Family Meetings
• Attend at least one Forté and one WMC event per semester
