Our mission is to increase support and awareness of disability and neurodiversity for current and incoming Johnson students.

Membership Benefits
Access Johnson members can participate in events and use our resources in one of three ways:

1) Publicly identifying as an individual with a disability and/or neurodiversity
2) Anonymously by only sharing your disability and/or neurodiversity with board members
3) As an advocate for disability and neurodiversity causes

Access Johnson offers three levels of membership in order to accommodate all students, at whatever their comfort level, to be involved.

Access 1- Publicly identifies as a person with a disability and/or neurodiversity

Access 2- Identifies as a person with a disability and/or neurodiversity only to AJ board member and faculty

Advocate- For those who have family members with disabilities and/or neurodiversities and those who would like to learn more

Johnson students are invited to self-identify as a person with a disability and/or neurodiversity or as an active advocate through their membership selection. This helps Access Johnson and Johnson's Office of Diversity and Inclusion identify and communicate directly with those individuals that publicly identify. Self-identification is optional. For individuals who want to get involved with Access Johnson but would not like to self-identify, we invite you to select the Advocate membership option.

Through an annual competition, The Consortium awards merit-based, full-tuition fellowships to America's best and brightest candidates. The Consortium was established in 1966, and its mission is to enhance diversity in business education and leadership by helping to reduce the serious under-representation of African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans in both our member schools' enrollments and the ranks of management. Out For Business (O4B) is the business club for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) Cornell Johnson students, their partners, and active allies. The club exists to foster a positive environment and professional network for our members, which is accomplished by connecting students with alumni, students at other business schools, and professionals in the LGBTQ+ community at large.

Outdoor Ventures club is comprised of members who are passionate about being outside and exploring. We live in a beautiful area and want to see more of it ourselves, as well as share it with others in the Johnson community. We'll be planning some great activities, but if you have a great idea for a trip, or just want to get outside during the weekend, we'll give you the platform to make that happen.
