Breazzano Family Center for Business Education

The Breazzano Center, in the heart of Ithaca's Collegetown neighborhood, dramatically expands Johnson's teaching capacity. Modern in design, the 76,000-square-foot building offers tiered and flat classrooms, two high-definition broadcast studios, 19 breakout rooms, and a four-story atrium.

Restricted Access
Evening and weekend access is restricted to Johnson School MBA & MPS Management, Baker MPS Real Estate, Dyson MPS AEM & CEMS MiM students, and to authorized staff of the S.C. Johnson College of Business.

-Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.

Reservations
To request a space reservation in the Breazzano Center, please write Johnson School Room Requests. 

If you wish to serve food or beverages at your event, you must work with an approved, outside caterer. Please contact Johnson School Room Requests for more information.

Johnson School Spaces

Breakout Room Information
Please note that Breazzano breakout rooms are restricted use by to specific student populations.

- MPS Real Estate graduate students can reserve the lower-level and 4th-floor breakout rooms.

-MPS AEM and CEMS MiM graduate students can reserve the 4th-floor breakout rooms.

- Johnson MPS students can reserve the lower-level, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-floor breakout rooms. 

- Johnson MBA students can reserve the 2nd and 3rd-floor breakout rooms.

Student Lockers

Day lockers are available on a limited basis; these have combination locks set to auto-unlock after 24 hours.

Scooters & Bikes

Please do not bring electric scooters or bikes inside any campus buildings.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking or vaping must be done at least 25 feet away from the facility. The sidewalk at the front entrance on Dryden Road is the ONLY area where smoking is permitted.  All other entrances and exits to and from Breazzano are smoke-free.

Smoking or vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the entire building.

Parent Room

A parent room is available on the fourth floor. Students with young children who would like access should contact the Johnson Student Activities Office. Faculty and staff should contact HR for access.

Meal Preparation

A refrigerator and microwave are available in the lower-level atrium for student use. Unclaimed items in the refrigerator are disposed of after 24 hours.

Medical Emergencies

Please dial 911 and notify building security. Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) are available on the first and fourth floor restroom corridors next to the water fountains.

Food and Beverage Policies

Food is not permitted in Breazzano classrooms, except for 103, 321, and 323, with prior approval. Drinks are allowed in covered containers.
