Johnson has dedicated classroom, meeting, and event space within the Tata Innovation Center on the Cornell Tech campus on Roosevelt Island in New York City.

Room Reservations
To request a space reservation, please email the Tata Innovation Center Event Request Form to jcb-nycevents@cornell.edu at least two weeks in advance in order tp secure the necessary services for your event to be successful. Please refer to the Tata Innovation Center Space Guidelines and Policies for Events when planning your event, or reach out to jcb-nycevents@cornell.edu for assistance.
Johnson School students are not charged the room rental fees listed on the Tata Innovation Center Space Guidelines and Policies for Events. However, additional fees may be incurred for events held on weekends/after hours (such as custodial or AV assistance). Space outside of our Johnson rooms (such as the Verizon Center) are subject to room rental and applicable fees.
Requesting Short-Term Guest Access to Tata
Johnson School faculty, staff, and MBA and MPS students who will be in the city and would like to use Johnson space in Tata between interviews or meetings should request access by sending an email to Cara Mecabe, Manager of NYC Administration and Operations.
Requests must be made at least three business days in advance in order to receive guest access. Students should include their name, student ID number, and Johnson program in the request email. Please note that all short-term guests are required to leave by 5:00 p.m. unless they are accompanied by an authorized host.
Hours of Operation
Mondays - Fridays, 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
After-hours and weekend access is only available with authorized ID cards.
Security Notes
In the event that you are not a faculty or staff member whose primary work location is the Tata Innovation Center, or an EMBA student whose class meets in Tata, you will need to be entered into the visitor system for guest access. To do so, please contact the person who works in Tata that you are meeting with so that they can register you. If you do not have a host, please email Cara Mecabe so she can register you.
