The Cornell Office of Global Learning has provided detailed instructions on how your international guest can obtain a tourist visa to attend Commencement. Please note that the U.S. consulate does NOT require an official letter from ANY office at Cornell, and Cornell does NOT provide such letters for your family's visa application.
