CEREMONIES: The university ceremony in the stadium Saturday morning is a wonderful pageant where degrees are conferred on each program collectively; individual student names are not announced. The Johnson School ceremonies on Saturday afternoon/evening and Sunday are where each graduate's name is read as they walk across the stage.

ATTIRE: Throughout the weekend, you and your guests should dress comfortably (business casual is the norm). Be prepared for crowds and lots of walking; and for assorted weather (hot, wet, cold, etc.) Bartels Hall is not air conditioned, and there is little shade/coverage in Schoellkopf Stadium.

PARKING: For weekend parking and bus information, review this page. NOTE: All Central Campus Roads are CLOSED SATURDAY 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. For MOBILITY IMPAIRED PARKING ONLY, you must apply for an accessibility plan permit from the university by May 23.

CAP & GOWN (REGALIA) Order by April 18 Deadline Cornell Ithaca Events Cap & Gown Information Site	PhD & Ithaca MBA \| All graduates must wear regalia and the PhD or MBA hood for the Ithaca ceremonies. PhD Regalia - Choose PhD Johnson School Ithaca MBA Regalia - Choose Johnson School MBA JCT & 1+1 MBA \| Order regalia for the May 18 Cornell Tech NYC ceremony, and keep it for the May 25 Ithaca events. The regalia order deadline for the May 18 ceremony has past. May 18 Ceremony Information Page. MPS and MSBA \| All graduates must wear Master regalia and the Master hood for Saturday and Sunday ceremonies. MPS & MSBA Master Regalia - Choose Master EMBA & Tsinghua FMBA \| DO NOT place any regalia order online, as your regalia is ordered by your program office for the Saturday ceremonies. NOTE: If you are an MBA dual degree student ordering other regalia for another Cornell ceremony, or if you own regalia from a previous degree, you may borrow an MBA hood. TICKETS	CORNELL UNIVERSITY ITHACA CEREMONIES All Johnson Graduates \| Tickets are not required for the Ithaca Saturday morning university ceremony in Schoellkopf Stadium, but it is requested that you limit yourself to 4 guests, and that you register your guests by May 24 via THIS FORM. PhD \| Tickets are not required for PhD students attending the Ithaca university ceremony in Barton Hall Friday evening, but you will are asked to RSVP by May 22. Cornell PhD Ceremony Information ---------------------------------------- JOHNSON SCHOOL ITHACA CEREMONIES PhD \| Tickets are not required for the Johnson School PhD & MBA Ithaca ceremony on Saturday afternoon, and there is no limit to the number of guests. MBA \| Tickets are not required for the Johnson School PhD & MBA Ithaca ceremony on Saturday afternoon, and there is no limit to the number of guests. EMBA & FMBA \| Tickets are not required for the EMBA & FMBA Ithaca ceremony on Saturday evening, and there is no limit to the number of guests.
